Styling a home item is different for each item. If you want a great combination, we recommend you check out shop the look. Here are many combinations of home items styled as a set.
Is your home item not listed? Get in touch using the contact form, add pictures of where you want the item placed, pictures of the space with corresponding dimensions. We are happy to think with you without obligation.

Which size bouquet fits best in the vase?

It is important to look at the details of the vase and dry bouquet when listing. This indicates the size of the neck of the vase. The sizes of the bouquet are indicated with the dry bouquet, which is most suitable in the vase.

Sometimes two sizes of bouquets fit in the same vase. Keep in mind that if you want a real eye-catcher, you should choose the large bouquet so that it makes a real statement. If you prefer to make it look a little more subtle, we recommend that you choose the smaller size of the two.

This is possible. If you indicate at checkout that it is a gift for the relevant occasion, we will wrap it festively and free of charge for you.

How does home styling work?

We come to your home with many home items from our webshop. At the time we are in your home, we will work with you at that time to see what fits best in your interior. The nice thing about this is that we possibly combine it with home items you already have in the interior. So that it becomes a nice combination between existing items and new items. In addition, we have the items delivered directly to your home. That way it's set up right away and you're ready right away.
The styling can be for multiple places in the interior such as dining table, dresser, closet or that difficult corner that just doesn't work.

If it appears that you still need items that we do not offer in our webshop, we can also search for personal items for you.

Are there additional costs associated with styling at home?

When we come to your home, our advice is completely free with a purchase of living items of at least €100. It is a service that we offer because we think it is important that you are really happy with the home items you have selected.

The only costs we charge are petrol costs. If you would like to know in advance what these costs are, please feel free to contact us via the contact form. NB! This option is only available within the Netherlands.

How does styling work online?

Online advice in your home is possible. Send an email in advance in our contact form and send photos of what you want advice on, together with photos of the space and associated dimensions. We will then schedule an online zoom meeting with you in which we give advice.

Are there additional costs associated with styling online?

We ask for a fee of €35.00 in advance. If the zoom meeting has taken place, you will receive a gift voucher of € 35.00 from us so that you will receive this purchase amount back in full when you pay for living items from us. In this way, our styling online is completely free.

How do I make an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment on different days during the day and evenings. Nevertheless, we do recommend scheduling the appointment during the day because there is less color difference due to the light from outside.

You can schedule an appointment via the contact form. We will then contact you. Attention! Schedule your appointment on time, because styling at home and online are very popular.

I have made an appointment, but I want to cancel it, is this possible?

Have you scheduled an appointment, but do you have to cancel due to circumstances? This can happen, but please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Within 48 hours we are forced to charge 50% of the costs. Sometimes a solution can be devised in consultation, but please contact +316 31 33 94 65 within 48 hours.

I paid, but did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

It can sometimes take 60 minutes to receive your order confirmation. In the meantime, also check your spam. After 60 minutes still no order confirmation received, please contact us using the contact form.

Are all items shown directly available from stock?

The articles that we offer on the website are available from stock, unless stated otherwise, such as pre-orders. In addition, bouquets are custom made, which means that it takes an average of five working days for a dry bouquet to be shipped.

You can pay for free with iDEAL. You can also pay with Paypal, Klarna, Credit card, Bancontact, Belfuis Direct Net, KBC/CBC Payment Button and Apple Pay. A certain percentage is requested for these options in terms of reimbursement, which is indicated at checkout.

What does shipping my order in the Netherlands cost?

In the Netherlands, orders are shipped free of charge with PostNL. The only exception is if you order candles and/or tea lights separately, in which case shipping costs are €7.45.

Example: If you only order candles; then your shipping costs are 7.45. If you order candles with a home item, such as a candlestick, the shipping costs are for free.

Gift vouchers are sent by letterbox. You will not receive a track-and-trace code for this.
It is also possible to collect your order. To collect your order, Olive Styling will contact you to make an appointment.

All orders are one-off home delivery. If this is not located, you can see where the package is via the track and trace code. If the package is at a service point, it is important that you collect your package from the service point within seven calendar days, otherwise the package will be returned to Olive Styling.

What does shipping my order outside the Netherlands cost?

Orders outside the Netherlands differ per country. You can click on shipping EU which costs apply to your country. You will also find the average duration of a shipment from the moment an order is shipped.

There is one exception when the shipping costs are more expensive.
When ordering candles and/or tea lights separately, shipping costs are more expensive. Example: Do you only order candles; then your shipping costs are €12.90. If you order candles with a home item, e.g. a candlestick, the shipping costs are €4.90.

Can I return if I have placed an order?

If you received your order and it does not meet your requirements. Please return the concerning product in the original packing within 14 calander days after receipt at your own expense and the money will be reimbursed.

Please note: Dry flowers, plumes, feathers and/or grasses may not be returned. Sale items may not be returned. In addition, the product must not be damaged and the labels must remain attached. No refund will follow if the returned product is damaged or returned late.

No you cannot exchange an item. You can place a new order and return the affected items that are not to your liking at your own expense.

When purchasing products from Olive Styling, the legal guarantee of
application. Legal warranty means that the product should offer what the consumer can reasonably expect. We will do our utmost to be of service to you with our products in the field of price and quality.
